of our indoor and outdoor signs are constructed by choosing a base
material and then selecting a vinyl product
for the application of lettering, graphics, etc. We also offer smaller
signs, such as 911 emergency signs.
Below are descriptions of the various materials our customers select

MATERIALS
For Outdoor
Sign Boards
Longer Lasting and Durable...Several 'styles' to choose from, including:
- SignBoard
- Hardwood Core, Vinyl Surface. Lighter and stronger and offers
a glossy vinyl surface ideal for pressure sensitive vinyl. Vinyl
surface is almost 'self cleaning' . Recommended for a temporary
nature such as real estate signs and billboards.
- LusterBoard
- Hardwood Core, Aluminum Surface. Lighter. Colorfast surface
(You can change copy again and again with little or no ghosting.)
- Alumalite
- Corrugated Plastic Core, Aluminum Surface. Ideal for paints,
screen print inks, and pressure sensitive vinyl. Stong and lightweight.
Alumalite is water, sun and temperature resistant, with a "class
A" flame spread rating.
- Econolite
- Corrugated Plastic Core, Aluminum Surface. The 'economical'
alternative to Alumalite with the only difference being one aluminum
side is painted. Core is high density that will not swell, corrode
or rot, making it a perfect all outdoor application.
Cor-Plastic
Signs
Corrugated plastic signs. Great for outdoor or indoor signage. Use

High Performance Cast Film - 7 year premium quality vinyl

Conformability over rivets and corrugations. Long term durability.
- Ultra
Metallic Cast Film - 5 year durable cast vinyl film. Ideal
for recreational vehicles and marine applications, automotive
aftermarket graphics, striping and trade show exhibitions.
- Pearl
Cast Film - 5 year outdoor polychromatic, high gloss cast
film. Durable bright colors, excellent opacity. Enhance automotive,
marine and recreational vehicles.
- Translucent
Cast Film - 5 year translucent vinyl. Perfect for graphics
or background colors for awnings, glass, acrylic and polycarbonate
sign faces where daylight highlights the bright colors and night
backlighting illuminates the translucent film.
- Accu-Cut
Calendered Film
- an intermediate performance vinyl film. Perfect for banners,
posters, race cars, etc. Economical too!
- Neon
Cast Film - 2 year outdoor durable cast vinyl flourescent
film. Dynamic graphic accents for indoor and outdoor uses. Ideal
for retail window signage, trade show exhibits, etc.
- Flourescent
Cast Film
- short term safety or high visibility applications. (Not recommended
for exterior usage in direct sunlight).
- Premium
Reflective Film
- 7 year premium quality retroreflective film. Designed for
use in quality reflective signage, reflective vehicle graphics

Films - Glass Etch - excellent simulation of sandblasted
